Cancellation Policy
We are all human and I absolutely understand that life happens. I just ask for open communication in order to adjust schedules accordingly. Upon booking you are sent a link for your appointment - with that link, you have the ability to cancel your appointment up until 48 hours before. Anytime after 48 hours, I ask that you text or email me personally so that I may have time to fill that spot. Both instances mentioned above would result in a 0% cancellation fee. If canceling within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee of services booked will be charged, as it is more than likely that I will not have enough time to fill your spot. MOST IMPORTANTLY this policy is in place to protect me from NO SHOWS, meaning guests that have zero communication and do not show up for an appointment. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you are running 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will most likely need to reschedule your appointment. Again, life happens, please just communicate with me.
